Wow, this thread was so fricked up, it was awesome! This thread should be a movie, I read every post of every page and was more entertained than 90% of the movies I've seen. Interesting bunch we have here.

No real reason was given as to how he chose the order. There was one part where the girl that ended up in the middle escaped, and made things difficult on Doctor McCreepy. When he caught her, he told her that she was the perfect middle piece. So I guess it was to prove that he could do anything he wanted.
And noonan, I gave a little critique on the middle of page 9, I think. But you basically summed it up with your post.

The way the movie ended, it could lead to one. Someone also mentioned that it's set to be a trilogy. I'm pretty sure I saw that in the "Messed up movies" thread.
The first one didn't deliver on the truly shocking and disgusting concept, at least for me. It was a pretty tame movie, compared to others I've seen from that thread.

The doctor, as I recall, chose the middle (and hottest) girl b/c of her shitty escape methods and as BR said, she made things difficult for the doctor.
I said before I watched the movie, the trucker who was shot because he wasn't "a match" is the luckiest dude on the planet. And the ending can only leave you wondering.
