I get it, it's just not funny to me.

It's like when someone tells a joke, and you think to yourself "that's kinda funny", but you don't actually laugh.

Anyone who doesn't think it's funny to put a co-workers desk supplies in the vending machine and have other people buy his shite for 1.00 must have the worst sense of humor ever.

There are parts where I crack a smile or even want to chuckle, but nothing is really that funny.

I will never understand the fascination with that film.

It'd be an alright movie if it wasn't labeled or billed as a comedy...Carell's character is gay and tried to commit suicide because his lover left him, the little girl is fat and ugly who hopelessly thinks she can win a beauty pagent, the son has these huge life long dreams of becoming a pilot only to have those dreams crushed because he is color blind, the dad is jobless and can't find work, and the fricking grandfather dies on the trip...HOLY shite ALL OF THAT IS FUNNY

Right, because anyone that doesn't agree with what you think is funny has no sense of humor.

It wasn't really good for anything, to me. It was fricking pointless.

Yeah but not because of Steve Carell, when that movie came out everybody was labeling him as the next Jim Carrey

No, I tried to avoid that movie. Not a George Clooney fan.

I mean, isn't that really the point of a movie or sitcom? I watch these things not to have to think.

When people would start a "worst movie in your opinion" thread on the movie board once a week, that would be my goto choice.

Well, that's most people. I enjoy movies that are entertaining but not necessarily gravid as well. Little Miss Sunshine just served no purpose to me. The characters weren't that interesting, the plot was oversimplified, it wasn't funny, and it didn't have great cinematography.
