I can see that. I think RG could be better but only time will tell. They had a set plan for VP with 2 seasons. McBride has said a couple of times now that RG could go for a while. There are a TON of things they could do with how many established and solid characters they have.

I've been casually rewatching Eastbound and Down and im midway through season 4, which is supposed to be the worst season, and I had to pause the show last night because I was laughing so hard I was going to wake my wife up. E&D puts me in tears, every single episode. Stevie is absolute solid gold. Towards the end of this season of RG, Jesse starts becoming a lot more like Kenny Powers with the giant a-hole bit and Judy gets even crazier like over the top Stevie and I think it has made the show much better.
Its like RG went through stages. 1-3 were meh, 4-6 were good but not great and the last few were hilarious. I wasnt going to stop watching it but I had kind of lost hope that this was going to be a good show but it turned it around nicely.

I'm going to watch E&D next, but I'm going through Vice Principals, and the Goggins/McBride combo has me dying. It's so good. Those two are money together.

I stuck it out for this one, and I am so glad I did. Last 3-4 epiodes were great tv.
