How else would you suggest covering 30 years of war in 3 2-hour segments(including commercials)?

don't get me wrong, i'm glad they did this. it's actual history on the history channel, but damn, so much shite has been wrong it's really disappointing

By covering material on topics that aren't beaten to death.

Russian revolution would have been a good 20 minute discussion. Stalin and his Syberia camps..not just mentioning them

They just made it sound like Hitler had Moscow for the taking but decided to go after Stalingrad instead.

Case Blue and Stalingrad didn't start until the summer of 1942. It was the backup plan after they failed in Moscow at the end of 1941.
