I figured it was a mom lifting car off of baby moment, Hysterical strength. Plus combat training with a touch of plot armor thrown in for good measure.
Either way doc should have just shanked her while she was still holding the baby. He let her put it down in the classic villain letting the good guy position to win scenario.

I usually don't care too much about the logic stuff in this show. But, come on, no way in hell they make it across those rocks with no one falling. None of them had flat surfaces and people's momentum would have made them fall over after landing.
