Looks like a early 90's version of Cops, but in Canada they are more loose with content. Tits, a girl swinging from a bed sheet from suicide and homeless man that took a knife to his junk. As the seasons go on it gets more boring and docile. Drugs and stuff.
Its in Vancouver, Winnipeg and another place. The way they talk to cops there is funny.
Found it on our ROKU TV channel a few days ago.

COPS is by far my fav show of all time... watch it as much as possible even if I've already seen an episode several times

Cops was my favorite show growing up. I record them now on YouTube TV. I’m ashamed to say it, but I’ve just realized they only show 3 stops per episode. I guess it felt like more growing up and not being able to fast forward commercials.
