Did you just watch the first 15 minutes and think it was all R. Lee Ermey talking shite to recruits for two hours? There are funny parts but Full Metal Jacket is not a comedy.

Oh and guys I love Dirty Rotten Scoundrels but it's not underrated. It's one of the most well known comedies of the 80s.
