Right, but the point of her story was that she threw away the box and never saw it again. If it were the real Emily who was given the box after her mom killed herself she'd have known that the box never got taken out with the trash.
She was just telling the story about being 16 and it being thrown away before she could get it back. And then she never saw it again or apologized to her mom before her mom killed herself. Emily wasn't going to tell her dad that she found it again with his card in it.. yet.

I still think it's interesting that the first time you see Emily in season 2 she looks exactly like a younger version of Theresa and has Theresa's exact same smoking mannerisms.

Last thought.. I legit LOL'd when they spent the whole episode before with their fart sniffing Ghost Nation story then they blast them all away a few minutes into the next episode.

That's the thing with the smart and artsy directors. "Get a nice, long, slow, tracking shot wide angle look at this character...you may or may not ever see him again."

I said “Teddy is going to kill himself” the second he started talking and pulled his gun out. My gf was like “whoa he’s gonna kill Dolores”. I said there’s no way in hell they're going to let him kill off a female lead.
This episode was great but I hate that it was designed to make people hate William by having him blow away his daughter and rescue crew since he’s an old white man. Then the part about Robert Ford crying over Maeve and them writing it so he calls her his favorite one so the viewers who had been growing tired of Maeve like her again since they can’t have viewers hating their multi racial female lead.

Emily may have talked to ford at the party and hatched a plan to bust her dad’s arse
The fake Delos had been dead for years and was an approximation, a copy of a copy of a copy based on others memories of him, so he was an unstable platform
fake MIB and fake Bernard are the next generation hosts?
Emily finding MIB so quickly smelled like BS

William is by far the best character on the show yet they ruin him and keep pushing shitty characters like Maeve and Dolores down our throats. Looks like everyone gets offed and ends up in the water next episode like we saw in episode 1 at least.

The scene where they had the hosts tear each other to bits showed they haven't learned anything. If anything, it made you feel less sorry for what was dished out to the humans .

I'm not sure how you think they ruined William's character? If anything him questioning his own reality makes him all the more interesting.
On the flip side, Delores is becoming more and more like William each episode.

Also everyone thought his daughter was dead already. They brought her in this season just to have him kill her to set up his next storyline

Except the season was written and completed over 8 months ago. Any kind of fatigue from any character would not be apparent

Those are the kind of things that wouldn’t have lined up with a host William who was created based off of years of being a scumbag in the park
But what if the host that is William woke up and is making his own choices now?

Maeve has been on the better end of scale for S2. I mean basically anything has been good compared to Dolores baffling and boring storyline this season.
Remember when we spent multiple episodes doing stuff with the Confederados that was important for reasons and had emotional impact or something?

Wasn't the whole spying on people and profiling them specifically a Delos project though? It's possible the park was open and had some visitors and struggling until Delos came in, and that's when they started tracking all the data. Subject 1 could still be Logan but that doesn't necessarily mean they were the first visitors.
Yea based on this information, i'd bet Delos is Subject 001.

If you were developing technology to scan your father-in-law’s brain togive him immortality, then scanning your own brain seems like a prudent back-up.
