I love the part when they are talking about being in the submarine and they can hear/feel the thousands of zombies on the bottom of the ocean crawling all over them

***Spoilers*****
The scene at the celebrity/reality tv fortress on long island would definitely be in any movie adaptation of the book.

World War Z is one of the most fun novels I've ever read.
Sure, it ain't McCarthy, but it's very well written and gripping.
I'm reading this right now (almost finished) and don't know if "fun" is the right word for it. It's well written and interesting, but it's more depressing than fun IMHO. I expected this to be a Christopher Moore style comedy due to the way people act like it's this incredibly fun read, but it actually has a very serious, dark tone.

I think this will be good.
The underground fighting in European Sewers
The initial shock in Russia
the "oil mechs"
I think people being upset about a certain character shouldn't worry the main character is the "what if's" not a particular person.

I liked WWZ, but I think Day by Day Armageddon by J.L.Bourne would better adapt to the big screen.

I'm sure it is, just seem like the whole zombie thing is getting played out by now.
The book is very different from any other zombie thing I have ever seen.
If they stay true to the book, it could be really interesting.
