If any of you have not seen the top 7 above, please do, all are awesome. 1963's "Mad World" is a classic.
Also, give the "Classic 39" of "The Honeymooners" a whirl. You'll be glad you did....

Quite difficult to narrow it down to only seven, but I'll give it a shot. I'll rank them according to number of times I've watched them with the desire to watch them again.

1. Animal House
2. The Blues Brothers
3. This is Spinal Tap
4. Groundhog Day
5. Major League
6. Airplane!
7. Kingpin - Really shocked to see the love in the thread for Kingpin. I love Dumb and Dumber but find Kingpin to be the Farrelly's best flick.

Also, one honorable mention that I haven't seen listed yet: Grosse Pointe Blank

Since I'm the old guy (57) and have never posted on the Movie/TV Board, I'll throw in my favorites (no particular order):

Animal House
Dumb & Dumber
Groundhog Day
When Harry Met Sally
Raising Arizona
Christmas Vacation
Stripes

Honorable mention to His Girl Friday (Cary Grant), The Jerk, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Fletch, Tommy Boy, and Clerks.
