What are the chances that the Varsity could get the Shins in October?
They'll be in the south then

Solid show, but not good enough for Varsity or Baton Rouge. I expect Pearl Jam on Friday, Adele on Saturday, and Mumford & Sons on Sunday. Mon-Thur maybe small/nostalgic acts like Bad Religion, Dinosaur Jr,Metric, Grace Potter. I mean, it's Baton Rouge

Why can't Varsity, a venue that hold 1000 people, book shows every night of the week with band like above. It's Baton Rouge.
I would settle for bands like Maroon 5, Gotye, on some weekends, just don't make it a habit.
