Same here. I had a "how the hell did I ever listen to this stuff moment?" Funny how we grow out of shite and our tastes evolve over time.
I still like the music I grew up with, always heard we would "outgrow" it.
I like what I like. There probably isn't more than a half dozen bands I can stomach more than 4-6 songs from, but there aren't many acts I can't find something of theirs that I like.

Great workout music.
I mean there a hard rock band. Don't look into it more than they are. They are not looking into solving world peace.
Whiskey Hangover is a favorite of mine.
Whatever
Keep Away
I Stand Alone
Speak
The Enemy
What I have always found funny about them, is the lyrics though.
Especailly his first CD
He uses the lyrics a lot, "Go away, keep away, get up-get out - JUST GO AWAY!!!, I stand alone"
I get the sense that this guy is a loner.

Hard rock/metal with t-tables and rapping:
Limp Bizkit
Incubus
Deftones
Korn
Crossbreed
Korn always got lumped in with the rap metal and I don't see it. They were around more way before this era happened, and they don't rap!! Rage would fit in this era for sure.
Incubus, Rock/Rap?
