How does the seating chart work at the Orpheum? Been a while since I've been there. Is it standing floor or seated?
What's the difference between balcony and gallery?

Floor for concerts is usually standing.

Balcony & Gallery are seating, sometimes General Admin.. sometimes assigned.

If you google search, you can find a whole bunch of videos showing what.
