Scored some Blackberry Smoke tix at the Ryman next June. I see there’s an add on for the Ford Lounge for $100/ person. Open bar and appetizers before the show. Anyone bought this add on at the Ryman before? Is it worth it?

I did this a couple weeks ago to see Reba.
You are allowed entrance to their bar area earlier than gen admission.
They have decent bourbons/whiskeys and if you’ll drink more than a couple drinks - that’ll cover the cost of the add on. The wines they offered were terrible though.
You can bring your drink into the auditorium with you. So that’s a plus.
Another cool benefit is the restrooms.
You’ll have access to the private individual bathrooms on the second floor. Just show your wrist bracelet thing to the ppl helping you find your seat will point you toward the exit to the restrooms.
The upstairs and vv private restrooms are on the farther end of the auditorium- towards section 1 and 2.
It’s a smaller venue so it’s not a far distance from wherever y’all’s seats are located.
Also- upstairs by the restrooms are display cases of older musical relics. Saw some of Elvis’ attire, Johnny Cash’s guitars, and several more pretty cool things.
For us- we enjoyed the early access, the ‘free’ drinks and food- and the private restrooms.
I’d do it again.
Hope that helps you decide.

This is probably a one time thing, so I would splurge if I were you.

I plan on getting the Ford Lounge passes anytime I go to the Ryman from now on.
I’m a girl and a single bathroom with ZERO line was what sold me.
I had no idea abt the display cases until I went upstairs.
It was super cool though- they’re just right there in the hall way. No guard, rope or other means of keeping ppl away from them - so you can get vv close to see inside them.

Also- when you get there make sure you’re in the correct line for the Ford Lounge. Everyone enters from the far side/rear of the auditorium and the lines can be confusing.
I’d hate for you to be in the wrong line and not get in early.
It’s first come first serve on the seating inside the lounge and it’s sort of small- so you’ll want to be one of the first in line.
Hope you enjoy your show!
