Plenty of cities can list isolated acts. Cleveland's one notable movement, New Wave of the '70s, ultimately had little impact.

And please stop saying Rock & Roll was born in Cleveland. TIA.

But the music wasnt invented there. Its not even American.

Miami isnt even the first city to have an EDM festival. Detroit had one long before.
