For 35 minutes, though? I just feel like you end up with a whole lot of musical blue balls at festivals. When Porcupine Tree was relegated to a 30 minute set, I was shaking my head.

Wonder how much they'd be to get them in BR?
I think that they'd do well at the varsity

The Varsity would be a great venue for PT, but they are on indefinite hiatus. It appears that Steven is aware that PT ran its prog supergroup course and is looking to reimagine the band for any future work. Until then, he's basically going to tour as Steven Wilson. I just think he has been getting spread really thin with so many projects on top of his work as the world's greatest 5.1 master.

Ahh, yeah, that would also be pretty badass, but I'm not sure how many shows they'll be playing. I'm pretty sure Sparta is coming back full-time.

If Incubus and Radiohead play Voodoo then it is a sucess even if Green Day is there.
Doc I hope you don't shoot your wad with this "announcement". I am waiting to see what this can be.

I really don't get people sometimes.
Neil Young in officially headlining and some people want Incubus to play? Wow.

I'd pay the ticket price for Gary Clark Jr. way before I would for Neil Youn

What if I don't give a ____ about Neil young?

Agreed, plus it would be pretty cool to see Neil Young (although I've never been much of a fan)

Incubus, Radiohead, AND Avicii to the already announced lineup??? I see it's not on the official site yet so wiki may not be trustworthy.
If so though, damn good lineup so far. I'll be there

hmmm... just looked at Radioheads tour this summer.
They'll be in Europe until October 18... off for three weeks... then to Australia on November 6.
Hope we can get them in NOLA during that gap

I've seen Sparta twice and TMV 3 or 4 times...never ever thought I'd get a chance to see ATDI

Where are you seeing Avicii at?
Posted on 6/18/12 at 9:35 pm to Souljah
Is Neil preforming with Crazy Horse or his it just with his personal band?
Posted on 6/18/12 at 9:42 pm to jellyfish

That Wikipedia lineup is damn strong! I am praying for Radiohead, Avicii and Incubus to be added (doubtful IMO) although I was already jacked up as it is to see Neil Young, Skrillex and Gary Clark Jr. Looking forward to checking out K'naan also.
