I bring it up because he's anything but soft mentally. He's handled himself very well through all the adversity. Everyone has their slumps. Is it possible that he just isn't in a groove right now? Say he blows, say he's playing like shite right now, that's fine. But don't say he's soft mentally. That's a stupid accusation.

Why? Because somebody close to him dies he doesn't have a soft basketball mentality? I think the posters analysis was limited to Rynos basketball mentality and not his personal life.

the guy has the love of his life commit suicide and gets Injured more this year than he ever had in his career and you think he's "soft mentally"? Shameless is fitting, because you're a fricking moron. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Did I say he was a shitty or weak guy?

You know what people who have shitty things happen to them typically don't want? To be coddled and treated differently because it constantly reminds them of what happened.

He is soft mentally on the basketball court. He cries to the officials, gets fed up if he's open and his teammates don't feed him the ball, and (worst of all) stops looking to shoot the 3 ball if the first one or 2 don't go down. He has the worst body language of anyone on our team and lets it affect his play on the court as well. Sorry if that's offensive to you. I'm sure he wouldn't use Gia as an excuse if I ever got to talk to him face-to-face.

"Quit worrying about everything else and just keep shooting 3s." It's that simple.

Exactly. Very well said. If we want a special thread or topic to address Ryan Anderson as an ambassador for the city or about his personal life or whatever, Im all for that. As much as I think he makes the team worse, he's an awesome human being and good representative of New Orleans.

To bring Gia up in a basketball discussion to try to shame somebody into backing off of their opinion is absolutely pathetic and I can pretty confidently say Ryan would be offended at the thought of that.

Ryno only took 6 shots last night haha.

In 13 minutes

AD shot 9 in 29 minutes

They needed to start feeding AD a lot earlier. Ryno needs to stop that stepping back and jumping into defenders so much. He tried it and didn't get the call once when he had the space after the step back to shoot the J.

There's nothing derp about it. He's having his first good shooting game in a long time while still playing terrible defense that isn't even close to being matched by any other NBA player.

Right on cue, awesome rim protection. Harden had as much chance as not scoring on Ryno there as he does of missing a fast break layup.
