Jesus Christ im so tired of this guy being the highest paid pussy in franchise history

Wish he had gone to Phoenix at this point..couldve spent his "hard-earned" cash on plenty of other options

defensive bigs are a lot more fungible than scoring wings.

I understand what you are saying, but Davis is hardly just a defensive big at this point. He has clear offensive potential and can already score efficiently.

AT THIS POINT that's all he is

he has the ability to improve, obviously

and davis almost assuredly will end up the better player, but we need both PLUS another player on that level

With a jump shot and his touch around the bucket? Asik to me is a defensive big. Davis has a rounded game.

At this point it looks like we might need 2

Have you gotten to follow preseason? He's been much better on offense than I expected. I'd be disappointed if he didn't average at least 15/10 this season.

Some EJ facts from the CBA. Some have been stated.

Gordon can not be traded to anyone until 12/15. Whether this is the last no trade day or the first trade day, I'm not sure, but I think it's when he can be traded. The NBA world is on ET, by the way.

Gordon can't be traded to the Suns by us for the duration of the current deal. No exceptions. No disintegrations. This is due to him being matched.

Gordon must consent to any trade this first year. This is due to him being matched. This will also be true in the last year of his deal since he will be a Bird player.

If he retires, he's on the books for at least a year.

Ok, sure. How about the Wednesday night before the SA game when Dell Demps was asked about Gordon's commitment? Demps said about 3 times that Gordon "was not unhappy" here. However, he conveniently naver said that Gordon "was happy" here.

That's a pretty glaring indication to me.

About 3 . . . so 2? 4?

And everything Demps says is some legalese designed to convey honesty while actually tricking fans . . . except you.

Yes, about 3. The interview was nearly a week ago (5 days, 17 hours before you say so 8 days? 6 days?), so I don't remember every single word, but thank you for proofreading my post Its extremely important to me that I not have a single gramatical error.
