I think the "Louisiana Seafood" part has to be in there in order to secure money from BP set aside to promote the Seafood industry here, if that article had it correct.
I suppose Zataran's is picking up the rest of the bill, so they are part of the name as well. I agree that "Zataran's Louisiana Seafood Arena" is a lot less clumsy.
