This is how it often goes with assistants. They can't sign a new deal until they are released from their current deal.
If we don't hear something by the end of next week then maybe we can start speculating if this was a move to change the dynamics with Zion. But for now it's a lot more reasonable to assume we're going to hear an announcement about her next job soon.

Borrego is a nice move too. Gets you the extra experience and offensive ideas the team needed while still being someone that would be a Willie guy rather than an outsider forced on Willie.

Don't be surprised if they bring in Sam Mitchell to replace her. We need a asst that is going to curse the players out. The most hard assed coach we had under Zion was Stan Van he sucked in alot of areas but I don't think it was a coincidence that Zion played his most games under him. We need some of that energy in a asst coach that Wille doesn't bring.
