What time do the surface lots open for parking?

Surface lots??
Do you mean the Superdome garages? I don’t know what time they officially open, but they’ve always been open by 5:30 for when I try to show up early for 7pm games.
We park there 100% of the time. Typically we show up ~30 mins prior to tip off, but there’s been many occasions like this past Friday when we try to show up really early (I think we parked at 5:35pm … car full of kids trying to get the Pelicans bird plush hats)
