It's probably fake but he grossly underperformed last year. Something happened with him similar to Graham. Maybe resentment at JR.'s big deal? Not sure, but he definitely didn't play with fire last year.
There are rumors about him. Where there's smoke. The entire D was a raging inferno of awful. Why not trade him? Would you feel comfortable giving him $10+ million after next season? I wouldn't. He's had one elite year out of 4.

no shite do people realize what kind of ransom it would take to get OBJ from the giants? He's also on a rookie salary.
