Both of their OCs were hired this year. Also Zac Taylor was the QB coach under McVay and he was hired as a HC.

Zac Taylor is going to the Super Bowl in his third year after taking over a broken team. Nagy never came close with the Bears. Even after a 12-4 first season when they lost to the Eagles in the Wilcard. My point still stands. If the two new young'uns don't do well then owners will be more skeptical about hiring their OC's.
