Had a pass interference too.

It was a defensive holding. 5 yard and automatic 1st. Not as many yards as interference.

I have to admit that I was genuinely happy for him after he made that pick. Then, he had fairly good coverage on the receiver when Henne tried to throw the streak to David's side.

He played extremely well on special teams, however those were probably a bunch of guys that won't have uniforms come Saturday. And, those were Dolphins players.

His effort was there. He's trying. It's just...not enough. I think they should cut him, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if they keep him and cut Aaron Glenn.

To start the season against Tampa Bay, I think McKenzie and Porter start with Usama Young and Jason David as primary backups. Usama and David could share nickel duties to start out, if Young is healthy enough to play.

I was driving to Jackson during the 2nd half. Did the crowd cheer David after he made the pick? Did he celebrate or anything or was he pretty timid and low key?

The Dome pretty much was as loud as it could be for a fourth preseason game, but they gave him a big cheer after he was tackled.

After he was tackled, he stayed on the ground on his back and stretched his arms out in a "Thank God!" kind of pose. That was all the celebrating he did. All his teammates were giving him taps on the helmet. I think that was big for him, even if he doesn't make the Saints.

Good point...totally forgot about him. He will probably play a lot, too.

JD probably got himself on the roster with his Special Teams performance. The pick was nice, but it came against scrubs.

Scrappy played pretty good Thursday. I kept getting surprised by the announcements of "..... by Jason David"

Please, It was against the 9th string offense. I laughed at the "Dekehead" and Hokie on WWL saying how that pick saved his job. bullshite. Put him on the field with the likes of TO, Moss, Housh, Braylon Edwards and company, and you will see which Mr. David will show up. Cut him and take the cap hit. Move on.
