I heard it, but I thought I had heard wrong. It was in reference to the 4th and 1 before the missed field goal. He was saying that he briefly thought about going for it to keep the clock moving and ideally kick a shorter field goal with just seconds left but he went on to say something like "if I would have done that, I'd be getting 15 f*cking questions right now"

Exactly. I heard it too, then it was followed by a couple seconds of silence...
Guess they are gonna have to use the Andrew Dice Clay rule from now on for post-loss press conferences.

the way this guy has blown so many in game decisions it makes you wonder about what we took for granted....
1. that meachem is a bust....everytime he plays, he produces and in a big way. whereas the onus to prove wrong was on meachem until now, it has now been put on payton for justifying not playing the guy.
2. Deuce....the stray that broke the camel's back. every other second guessing emanates from this bungling....
