Im beating a dead horse, but its still so frustrating. When I heard KWs report, I didnt doubt that Brees was still hurt (which im not so sure now after Brees' jumping jack drill for the media). What bothered me was his matter-of-fact attitude that his "pain management problem" was the cause of some of the offense's problems. He didnt say it may have contributed to it. He said directly that it was the problem. That's completely foolish and irresponsible. Further, nobody can even know that. Was his eyes rolled in the back of his head while he was calling the plays? Did he say, man im so fricked up i cant remember the play? Of course not. Adam Schien pretty much owned him on Sirius today btw.
And the fact that he mentioned Britney is just plain fricked up. Im sure she's been managing brees' pain because she has all the time in the world having a baby in the middle of all this. Plus, KW said his source was in the huddle. So there is a player in the huddle that knows Britney is overmedicating Drew at home? C'mon.
KW needs to get a job with MSNBC because they say whatever they want as well.
