Mother fricker, don't preach to me about being a true fan. frick DRAFT POSITION. You NEVER wish to lose or give up or whatever. You play to win the game. Period. Let the chips fall where they may in the draft. Free agency and trades up/down in draft if you have to, but NEVER give up!!

Finishing 9-7 will bring a winning attitude into the offseason.
9-7 could be the best record in 4 divisions
The Lions have had a top 10 overall pick 6 straight years 02-07.
The patriots have 5 top 10 overall picks since 1993.

I didnt say I dont support the Saints, but take off the black and gold goggles and look at this game. Saints have nothing to play for, and now that Reggie is done, that is one less bullet in the gun.
I hope it doesnt happen, but I think Detroit chokes at the chance to make history, and wins this game.

How can you guys who want the Saints to lose actually call yourself fans? Maybe you'd be better suited for the NBA. They throw games to increase their chances in the lottery right? I hope we win this game but I really doubt it. Were playing on the road so the odds are against us already. The lions have been playing a tad better and trying to win games. I think Daunte will shred our defense for 250 yards and CJ has over 100 of those yards.

yeah i hope we lose to get a better draft pick. what an idiot. we're probably picking 12-16th. i want that mays kid out of usc. he is a bad arse safety. and he'll be there when we pick i believe. there are too many good LT's in the draft for people to take a safety in the top 10 and LT is a huge need in the league right now.

What do we have to play for? Weve been eliminated from the playoffs so were likely to not play as hard. The Lions are still playing to avoid ultimate mediocrity.
