Post pictures of the full radiograph. If you're seeing a good surgeon you should also have obliques and flexion/extension views. The pictures he has on his photobucket don't include the entire cervical spine so getting the exact levels wrong is immaterial. What he has shows a routine ACDF with minimal/no facet disease and no disc space narrowing at the level above his fusion.
I am at a referral center and mostly operate on patients with much more severe disease. I have patients with much more strenuous jobs and more severe disease not on disability. Of course, they don't have as good a policy as him and aren't insecure hacks.

It's downright amazing that you can judge my entire condition by a cropped photo on a message board. Yeah, I had the 9 epidurals for fun and have been getting a dozen injections every 3 weeks for 8 years for the hell of it.
