Oh you know damn well that fat frick was the one who was desperately trying to fit in with the "in" crowd in HS and got laughed at and ridiculed all the time. He was trying to get payback on a guy similar to the ones who used to mess with him.

Man that was pretty infuriating to watch. The cop blatantly lies about his eyes being bloodshot (it’s clear from the footage that they are not) and also uses the “smell of alcohol” as part of his probable cause for the field sobriety test.
But the most fricked up part about the entire video is when the cop calls the “specialist” and says “I have enough to charge him either way”… and then frames the additional impairment testing as optional when he talks to the kid. Makes you wonder how many people get falsely charged with DUI on the basis of non-specified “drugs.”
I get that the kid fumbled around a bit and was moving pretty slowly at the start, and I can understand the cop wanting to talk to him a little more. But after 20 seconds of their conversation in the police car it’s clear as day that he’s sober.
And how can a cop use a field sobriety test (which is already designed for failure) as grounds for arrest when he used the “smell of alcohol” as grounds for the sobriety test. The kid fricking blew .000 so you obviously did not smell alcohol.
Gotta say though, props to the kid for going through the trouble to get the video the video and then blasting them.

I was on LSU's campus on a football gameday and BRPD accused me of being drunk when all I had consumed was Diet Coke.
I was trying to make a report public urination by some other drunks at the parking lot behind where my car was parked.
Cops are just assholes. No two ways about it.
