Keep allowing Dimocrats to run education…aka teachers unions…..and this is what you get.

There is no disputing this..

Well if that has been the case already for decades, and it is, how does that take away from the point that the scores are lower than they have been in 30 years?

This has not been the case for decades. The policy of everyone having to take the test has only been in place for a few years. We now have SPED kids taking the test along with Jumpstart kids who have no desire to go to college much less take the ACT. The decline of the scores can definitely be attributed to this.

I’m sure it’s just coincidence that the populous has gotten dumber the more that government has become involved in schooling

Reading, science, and English remained relatively stable, with Math showing improvement over the last few decades. Now, they are all tanking.

Would like to see the comparison between private and public education students ACT results.

I doubt it would wake up the black population as to how they’ve been taken advantage by Ds since the Great Society, but it might enlighten a few.

Here's a link to a history of the ACT. It verifies that 36 was the highest score from the inception. If your brother made a 35, that was exceptional. He probably got scholarship offers out the wazoo.
