I don't think there is a toxicity.

It would burn your esophagus pretty good though as bleach is caustic AF.
When it hits stomach would be neutralized by stomach acid.

Well, clearly she not understand the engrish good enough

She didnt grasp that bleach is only used during the cleaning cycle, not the brewing one. She good. Do better next time
