Three people knew what happened, one is dead.

Nothing will come of it.

It's just as bad on Twitter... The best part is you can tell most of them didn't even watch the video.. Really sad how stupid people are. It's one thing to disagree with it.. It's another to completely make up shite..

There is absolutely nothing tragic about this situation. I can promise you the world is better off now.

You ignored the first part of that

I didn't say this guy was, but for those with their head up their arse that think he was murdered in cold blood, I was just pointing out that this guy still had to opportunity to walk away with his life. The fact that he didn't rest solely upon himself and his actions

People are stupid on both sides. This place is full of "thug POS got what he deserved." 99% of the population is too ignorant to understand the nuanced natured of some of these situations. Sometimes the cops are justified but it is still a tragic event.

Video doesn't show enough to make an informed opinion. It's tragic, no one here can tell what exactly happened.

If you listen to the inflection and tone of the cops voice it sounds stressed and sounds believable that they were in fear of their life and believed he was armed.
.
Guy was struggling, if he was armed or they had a reasonable belief he was armed then this will most likely be a clean shoot.

You see him slide his right arm down and the cop yells "gun! Don't move!" I mean...This is pretty damn good evidence I would say.

I've watched the video multiple times. No possible way you can suggest he slides his right arm down. You can hardly even tell if he is on his back or his face.

I have no clue, but they'll be cleared.

Just as common and accepted in the hood as ice tea and skittles

You must be watching the crappy quality one from the news station. The good quality one on Facebook/Twitter is much clearer

"Gun, he's got a gun" "hey bro don't you fricking move"

Moves toward gun, gets shot.

You need to watch the clearer video on Facebook. It's clear that he is on his back and continues to struggle with both of the officers trying to hold him down.

You are getting too caught up in thinking "did his hand slide down and reach for the gun"

It's very simple. Just state the facts:
- cops think man has a gun
- refuses to comply
- gets tazed twice. Still doesn't comply
- is on the ground resisting arrest and 2 cops can't control him
- cops see what they think is a gun and he is still resisting arrest after being told not to move
- he gets shot

Those are the very clear facts from the video. You can't dispute them

You see this perp "clearly" reach for a gun that cannot even be seen. Your bias is ridiculous.

Again, no reason to suggest the cops were at fault either, but you're trying to fill in the gaps that simply cannot be gleaned from the video alone at this point.

I'm not disputing any of this. Never have.
