You're jumping in this thread after many absurdly stupid takes have been thrown out, so you don't exactly understand the context. That being said, the video doesn't prove or disprove the story that has been reported from the officers' perspective. We don't see a gun. We don't know that he had a gun. We cannot see him going for the gun. The extent of his "struggling" is that he wasn't complying, not that he was actively fighting back.
Basically the video doesn't disprove what has been reported from the officers. That is about as far as you can really take it at this point.

Is there any live coverage? I found a Periscope that ended 20 minutes ago. There was a lot of horn honking, and one comment that summed it up, "shitty riot."

Think about what would have to be true for him not to have a gun. Eyewitness was wrong that he had a gun... Cops lied that he had a gun... Cops were wrong in the video that they saw a gun... Cops somehow find a fake gun to use as a plant... The person who called the police to report a gun was wrong

It's not even that. I'm mostly assuming he had a gun too.
My issue is that people take it much further than that. They stress that he is a felon, something the cops wouldn't know at that point. They stress that it is clear he is resisting and going for the gun, but you cannot even see a gun much less what he is trying to do, if anything, with his right hand. They want to see something that isn't there. I just want people to be honest about their bias.
ETA: The facts are what they are. People want to make up things and then spout them off as facts to spin it to their position.

This is weird. I just read a comment on Facebook that said "EVERYBODY" in the hood knew him. He was such a nice guy and "cops walked right past him everyday".
