I have no questions regarding the validity of this image, I just find it puzzling why this website seems to trust the WHO and CDC about this and not a few other things.

You don’t need a chart to know damn well that black culture overall is useless and violent. I’d imagine this chart is probably manipulated to make blacks not look quite as bad as what the real numbers would show, given the data partially came from WHO and CDC.
