if my kidneys were decent, I would seriously consider helping her - 19 is too young to deal with it. sadly I have a genetic issue with Kidney stones and such that would make me unable to help.

i truly do hope for her to find help and be able to live life

A friend of mine just got a transplant from another friend of ours. They were a match and my boy stepped up.

I hope they find a match for her.
