Not shocking to see the drains get clogged up with all of the trash and litter the shite heads down here leave in the street.

Estimates up to 10", think 5-7 is the realistic number.

Clean drainage is still overwhelmed, but it would drain off faster

i clean the drains around my house because i know the city will not do it

That whole strip is flooded. Steak Knife, Reginelli's, Mondo, the pet shop. Water is rising in Lakeview.

It receded by 610 and Canal. It must be moving to the lower parts of Lakeview.

No idea. I'm near El Gato and the water has gone three feet further into my yard since the rain has stopped.
