The best thing you can do the next time you see a "poor" person is instead of looking down at them and thinking you're somehow better, instead think to yourself "there but for he Grace of God go I". Because trust me no matter how good, smart, badass, or lucky you think you are, life can lay you low and knock your arse in the gutter before you know what's happened.

Was referring to TigerHusker. But, you can be a judgmental prick, too.
GLT is just a weird poster because he seems to always post how tough it is with student debt and the job situation, so people tell him he should have chosen to turn a wrench or get on a rig, but that's too difficult or beneath people like him.

At 24, you don't know what winning means just yet. Have patience, your times coming.
Posted on 9/12/17 at 12:28 pm to RogerTheShrubber
the winning is just starting for me.

Your perspective will change one day. I'm guessing you aren't a parent yet.

Yea I was confused
GLT just posts that shite. I don't think those threads are about him because he never says anything else

You're in for some tough times if that's what you believe.
In 20 years, you'll be working a job that doesn't relate to the field you work in now, you'll have a health scare or two, rack up a lot of debt, lost friends and loved ones, get fired or laid off, be unsuccessful in a venture or two, fall in love and lose them, learn humility the hard way.
You haven't even started losing yet, which you'll have to do before winning. You're just at the starting line of the life of peaks and valleys.

I'm skeptical. For all the threads he starts, not one on becoming a parent?
Yeah.
Yeah.

i like to keep my private life off of here for the most part. Is there something wrong with that?

You've got it all figured out man. We all envy you for having a kid during the prime of your young adult life.
