Indeed, sir. Hands on ground underneath shoulders, position leg so that anterior tibialis is on the roller, then cross your other leg onto your calf. I start at the top and roll down and back up 10 times. Pain gets really bad at about the 4th or 5th roll, then eases towards the 10th.
It hurts like a mofo, but helps a shite load.

Weight with belt as strap. Lift with toe. Flex front of calf while sitting in recliner. Ice, lots of ice.

I'm just really confused as to why an NCAA runner is consulting TD instead of his coach or team physician or athletic trainer or even a sport specific message board.
