Personally, I don't like the risk, but there are some offshore sites you should be able to sign up and make bets.
A few people I know use to use a site a few years ago, but it's not in use anymore. I am not going to share any details, but you probably would rather not do it.
Are you in BR? Do you have access to anyone in Mississippi who can place bets for you? Just curious. Why is using a bookie not an option anymore?

Use two sites, a sharp and a square site. Bovada would be the square site, and 5Dimes the sharp site. Make sure you get the best number. Many times there will be an arbitrage opportunity, especially with halftime lines.

As big of a sports fan as I am, the OT is the only board (as in overall, not just on this site) that I enjoy posting on.
From time to time I will post on the Movie/TV board, but on the MSB, political board, etc. The threads that are posted on those boards usually end up with people taking one side or the other while both sides accuse the other side of being "snowflakes" <------- I can't say this enough, I hate this fricking word.
As insane as this sounds, the OT can actually be helpful and sometimes even give you a different way of looking at an issue.
