You can get to Sorority row from the north side ridiculously easily. It will be more miles but infinitely faster than dealing with Parker 9/10 times.

meh perhaps. it would probably be close honestly.

still doesnt explain why you brought up CEBA.

That's because Sonic hired him to deal with the Sonic traffic.

I'm actually not.

I'd bet I can get to anywhere on campus faster than you. Go ahead.

Just alternate routes in general. I guarantee half the people that use Parker in the morning are going to the CEBA lost to park. They just don't know any better.

i dont disagree. But he was specifically talking about getting to sorority row. And that was your advice. I guess parking at CEBA and walking to sorority row actually might be quicker.

Just saying. Coming from places like the Cottages down Burbank, or lots of the complexes down brightside, going to the North Side of campus would only drag you through other roads that are just as heavily congested. I'm not saying that you're wrong necessarily, but there are several in this thread that are telling you that its the best way when school is in session. People are going to do whats quickest, and that route has been the quickest since I've been here

LNCHBOX, to get home I get off I-10 at Acadian, Stanford, LSU Avenue to Boyd... left onto Burbank and then to the condos south of Boyd.

I know alternate routes. The aforementioned was always quickest.

College is a nightmare. Essen/Staring is a nightmare. Bluebonnet is a nightmare by the Mall of LA. Siegen is a nightmare by Sam's/WalMart all the way until you get to Burbank.

Because you know better. You can't tell me that these people don't exist though. I saw them everyday.

I was speaking in general, I should have clarified. Just echoing what others had been saying about alternate routes. Definitely was a tangent.

A positive of all this, is that we all know where the inspection sticker checkpoints will be.

Get off at Louise/Washington and take Nicholson or River Road to Burbank/Gourrier. You're whining about gas but that'll probably save you gas by not sitting in stop and go traffic.

What about exiting Louise, left to Highland, cross over to Nicholson, then to Burbank? Seems like it would be easier depending on time.

I did that daily last year

There's a parking lot off of parker that dumps into the parking lots across from CEBA. I used that route a lot to pick up my SO from the design building after the gates went up.

Also, as for getting to Sorority Row from the North.

From Dalrymple, it's super easy.
From Highland, it's a clusterf&*k until you get to Highland or State. From then on it's pretty easy.
From Nicholson, it's a clusterf&*k because of the huge lack of roads that run from Nicholson to Highland to Dalrymple. Aster is a parking lot most days. The stretch of Highland from Roosevelt to Lee is a parking lot most days as well from about 8:00am-8:00pm and the north side remains a parking lot until at least 11:00pm

Getting off at Louise takes me to the 'hood and right past the spot where Shelby Holmes was murdered.

There is still traffic heading through the LSU area at rush hour from the downtown side of campus.

well she eventually hits it but not at the proper place. she backtracks.

You'll be driving.. Not walking and it'll be in the evening. Not midnight.

And there's no traffic on river road.
