Bill is known to be great with fans and meeting people and talking to them. In Charleston he's known to ask to join people for dinner randomly 
I'm sure he was eating dinner at a high end spot and flash bulbs kept going off and he asked them to stop and they didn't. The manager and cops seemed to not really blame him either.
If this was some notorious douche bag like a Beiber, I'd lean another way, but its the coolest fricking dude in Hollywood. The guy who doesn't have an agent and chooses not to do movies because his 4 year old grand-kids think the scripts are silly or the filming is during a big golf tournament

Chloe Moretz. Young actress. She is in Kick arse, and I think some Scifi movie that's coming out soon. She's not a huge star but still. I also think she was like 17 when that picture was taken.
