1 reason some owners go after 1 star reviews, is that some of the food review sites will allow fake reviews, and owner has little recourse.
I know a guy who had this issue, worst part is that he wasn't even open during the time period said customer claimed to have been there(were still fixing the place up to open). But the food review site would not delete or hide the review, even with facts
