I’m pretty sure real estate prices in NoVa while expensive are the most stable in the country. I haven’t seen too many slums around here. Granted my perspective for a slum comes from having lived in Nola and my neighbor was a crack dealer.

Well, you’ve got it all figured out. I guess this is just a shitty brag post.

I guess coming from New Orleans nothing in Reston strikes me as shady. But that’s the first I’ve heard from anyone to be careful

There are definitely some neighborhoods in Reston to avoid but that can be said for just about any town.

You seem like a homosexual.

Drop 375k on a townhouse so you can invite strange dudes to come live with you.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Because of your commute you seem to have a lot of great options. Personally, if I worked in Lorton I'd be looking in that neck of the woods. The drive from Reston would suck IMO.

yea assuming he's taking 286 all the way he's going to run into some pretty shitty traffic depending on what time he's commuting

Look in Lakeridge, Prince William County, west of Woodbridge.

Yeah I mean I rented out the back of a split home in NOLA, woke up one morning to NOPD in full on tactical gear coming around the back of the house to bust the guy living in the front. And yeah Reston is a little far. I’m definitely looking at Lorton, Springfield, Kingstown, and probably as far as Manassas or maybe Centreville, Reston may be pushing it. Haven’t looked at Woodbridge yet, but I may.
