Read the fine print on this. Some places don't actually take the mattress back and you have to arrange yourself a way to get rid of it. Friend of mine had an awful experience with one of the online companies after doing a trial period. They told him to donate it, most donation places don't take used mattresses. And the one place he found that would take it, wouldn't come get it. They gave him the run around on a refund, and wanted to send him a new one. I think after 2 or 3 months they finally refunded his money, and he had to pay someone to come haul the mattress off to the dump.
