solid question.
typically, I shake the bottle to mix the separated water back into the condiment then shoot a quick shot either into the sink or on a napkin to get rid of that hard piece that's built up.

I can't figure out why a tub of sour cream never has any standing liquid in it when you first open it, but will always have a little pool everytime after
