Those are some butt ugly trucks and the wheels are hideous.

Opinions are like assholes but you’d be in the minority here. Off road package & wheels look fantastic.

A comparably equipped 4x4 F150 XLT FX4 would cost $48k new and be worth about $27k with 45K miles in 2022. That’s a depreciation of $21K...44%. Enjoy your F150

Why are you looking to sell your Tacoma after four years? So you can buy a Ford?
I can get a new F150 with the 302A package for $39K, not $45K. The last F150 I owned, I never put a dime into it other than routine maintenance and I had it for 12 years. Plus, you can easily seat six adults in it AND actually haul stuff in the pickup bed.

I like F150s but I live in an old house in the city and my garage is behind the house. I can barely get my Tacoma back there and while I could get an F150 back there it would take multiple back & forth maneuvers to get in and out. And since I live in the city parking when I'm out is often very tight. I can fit my Tacoma in parking spaces an F150 wouldn't fit. With the tailgate down I can haul everything I need to which the biggest is usually full sheets of plywood and that's only 3 or 4 times a year.

Sounds great.
I think you will enjoy it.

Thanks...I haven’t had a new truck since Nov 2003.
I’m pretty pumped.

It’s awesome while driving Fords, thanks. To each their own, but I find that truck both ugly and too small. One poster had a good reason for getting one as he has a small parking space. Everyone is at a different point in their life. I once had a Ranger and loved it. Drove that thing for many years without a single problem.
