Getting rid of Cox ASAP now. They are a complete joke. Cox was never good for me with cable, internet, phone, anything. And now this fricking episode. They just need to shut down Cox permanently. They're terrible.

Cocks Cable increases prices every year for the same product and sends me more advertisements than any company on planet earth. However, I rarely have a cable outage. It seems like everyone who has the competition is always bitching about outages when it rains, etc., so I'm willing to give Cox a little credit for that (but that's about it).
