2 slices of lite bread (that’s white sandwich bread)
2 slices of cheap bacon fried in skillet (cheap meaning too much fat per slice)
2 slices of good bacon cooked in oven
Mayo ( Blue Plate preferred but definitely not Miracle Whip)
Frenchs Mustard
Hamburger Dill slice pickles
Deli sliced American Cheese
Iceberg lettuce
Two tomato slices

After frying slices of bacon pour grease out of skillet but do not wash or wipe( a film of bacon grease should still be on skillet )
Melt thin slice of butter in skillet
Lightly press sandwich in skillet for 10 seconds
Flip over and repeat

You Welcome

Bobby: I'd like an omelet, plain, and a chicken salad sandwich on wheat toast, no mayonnaise, no butter, no lettuce. And a cup of coffee.

Waitress: A #2, chicken salad sand. Hold the butter, the lettuce, the mayonnaise, and a cup of coffee. Anything else?

Bobby: Yeah, now all you have to do is hold the chicken, bring me the toast, give me a check for the chicken salad sandwich, and you haven't broken any rules.

Waitress: You want me to hold the chicken, huh?

Bobby: I want you to hold it between your knees.

Smash burger
Queso dip
Crispy jalapenos
Tomato (optional)
Sesame seed bun

Also I'm a flipper. Top becomes bottom when I flip it over and take a bite. Are you a flipper. Ask yourself this next time you take a bite out and of a sandwich.

Bread, good bit of mayonnaise, and a whole bunch of bacon. Simple, yet sophisticated. Good for you too.
