We have burned thru savings so she has no more money coming in unless she has someone bankrolling her. And she pays a shite ton of child support to her first husband for kids she lost custody of.

I was faithful. Her no idea. I didn't have time to be unfaithful because I was basically a single dad.

If she's lost custody of children from a previous divorce that will work in your favor. That one thing alone is huge for you bc she must be bat shite crazy, an addict, etc. to lose custody of own children. You may have lucked out...

I have android. Boldbeast is great. It's not on IPhone.
Just search the app store if on IPhone. There are a lot. Bolbeast has a floating button on my screen at all times, also programmed to record certain #s automatically.
It doesn't sound like you need to spend tons on an attorney. Any competent one will hammer her. Expect to pay about 5k down and get billed at 150-200 per hr.
Besides her being a bad mom, the courts are also looking at the best situation to keep normalcy and security to the child's life.
She'll want custody to make you pay for a home for her so the child isn't negative ly affected.
My SO is an attorney, but not family law. I'll aks her her opinion on your situation for a good fit recommendation.

All good advice but I will add one that made a difference for me. Keep a log of events with interactions relating to this (date, time, details). Not all communications are done on a phone. Keep track of anything related to this situation. I, like you, came home to an empty house minus my 2 kids. Devastated!! Got me a good lawyer and after 5 court visits, got my house and my kids. Took a ton of money though. My attorney worked for #100/hr plus $600 for each court appearance and this was in the 90's. Good luck.

Phil Kobetz, Tony Morrow, or Diane Sorola. None is cheap, but you won't get screwed by the ex.

Text messages
Social media postings
Emails
Etc
And get to work deleting, cleaning, Hillary Clintoning' the shite out of everything.

Edit: one other thought, after you completely clean up any and all social media posts, I would delete all your social media accounts temporarily
