ALPR cameras are everywhere now. Every interstate and state highway Ingres and egress point in MS has one now. It takes all of 5 minutes to enter a plate BOLO to send out to all the cameras.
Last year in Baker,La a guy killed his estranged wife/baby momma and kidnapped their small child. BOLO was put out in his car/plate. He crossed the I-10 state line in MS. It alerted MS highway patrol. He was stopped and dirt napped near Gulfport.
